Damage issues and product replacements
Please inspect your print order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take clear photos of the damaged print or art product and send an email to send to info@jasonobriengallery.com and we will respond within 24 hours. If your damage claim is validated we will happily send you a replacement print at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority and if you place an order in error through the gallery store we will issue a full refund only within 24 hours of you placing your online order. We evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis and we are open to exploring alternate solutions to make you happy but understand all print or art product sales once produced and shipped are final sale.
